About Fuze
Moving value instantly is possible.
Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves.
Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralised lending, and an institutional OTC desk.
We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors.
Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call.
Role Overview
This is a front-row seat to the strategy that shapes the company. You'll sit at the center of Group Strategy & Ventures, working directly with Fuze Group Leadership Team (CSVO and founders), translating a global platform into a winning North America position.
The U.S. will define the next chapter of payments and finance, and this role drives and executes our strategy on the ground there. We are looking for a senior operator who can own North America market entry, expansion, and partnerships end to end, and represent Fuze credibly with U.S. partners, regulators, and investors.
This is a hybrid role based in Miami or New York City, reporting to the Group Chief Strategy & Ventures Officer, with scope across the United States, Canada, and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the U.S. expansion strategy, including market entry, licensing pathways (state money transmitter licenses and federal/OCC options), partnership strategy, and go-to-market sequencing.
- Track and interpret the U.S. regulatory landscape, including the GENIUS Act, OCC charter dynamics, and state frameworks, and turn it into clear strategic direction.
- Lead board- and investor-grade strategy work, and represent Fuze in senior external meetings and forums.
- Drive new ventures and potential M&A across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, and structure the analysis behind them.
- Drive strategic partnerships and support senior sales opportunities across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.
- Work alongside the Dubai strategy team, Group functions, and Fuze, N.A. leadership to keep U.S. strategy aligned with the global platform.
- Build the analysis behind product sequencing and market entry decisions, including corridor economics, licence pathways, and competitive benchmarking against leading global payments and digital asset infrastructure players.
- Turn regulatory frameworks (CBUAE payment token rules, VARA, MiCA, the GENIUS Act) into commercial strategy, not compliance memos.
- Model unit economics and business cases for new products (yield and vaults, lending, cross-border corridors) and partnerships.
- Support ventures, partnership, and M&A opportunities through screening, analysis, and diligence.
- Own competitive and market intelligence across EMEA, the US, and emerging markets in payments and digital assets.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience, built on a foundation at a top-tier strategy consultancy or a Big 4 strategy or transactions practice.
- Post-consulting operating or corporate development experience.
- Proven ability to independently own ambiguous, high-stakes strategy work and drive it to a decision.
- Fluency across the regulatory, commercial, and financial dimensions of a deal or market.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills to support ventures and M&A analysis.
- Executive presence, with credibility among founders, investors, regulators, and Tier 1 partners.
Strong preferences
- A background in payments, fintech, crypto or digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
- Familiarity with the U.S. stablecoin and money transmission regulatory environment.
- Post-consulting operating or corporate development experience.
- An existing U.S. fintech or crypto network.
What Success Looks Like
- A clear, executable U.S. expansion plan in motion — the right licenses targeted, the first strategic partnerships originated, and Fuze established as a credible name in the U.S. regulated-stablecoin conversation.
