About Fuze
Moving value instantly is possible.
Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves.
Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralised lending, and an institutional OTC desk.
We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors.
Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call.
The Role at a Glance:
Location: New York City or Miami (Hybrid)
Reports to: President & General Manager, Fuze, N.A. / Group CEO (ad-interim)
Scope: United States, Canada and LATAM
Role Overview
This is the executive seat that owns revenue for Fuze across North and Latin America. You take a global infrastructure platform and turn it into durable, compounding revenue, building and leading the entire commercial organization from the ground up: new-business sales, strategic partnerships and sponsor-bank channels, and post-sale expansion.
This is a builder's mandate at executive altitude. You won't inherit a team, a pipeline, or a playbook, you'll build all three while personally closing the flagship deals that prove Fuze can win with banks, fintechs, PSPs and financial institutions across the region. You carry the number, you build the leaders who will carry it with you, and you represent Fuze at the most senior level with the partners, regulators and investors who determine whether this market bet pays off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the regional revenue number end to end — new business and expansion — including pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, pricing, and quota attainment from the first deals through steady-state growth.
- Build and lead the direct sales organization across the US, Canada and LATAM: hire, coach and lead sales and customer-success leaders, and set the operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, forecasting, comp plans).
- Define and own go-to-market strategy across banking, fintech, payments, PSP, exchange and remittance segments, and the sequencing across the three geographies.
- Personally originate and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise and institutional deals, coordinating legal, compliance, product and technical stakeholders through to signature.
- Cultivate senior client relationships with decision-makers at financial institutions, fintechs, PSPs, exchanges and large merchants across the region.
- Own net revenue retention and expansion, holding customer success accountable for turning signed clients into growing accounts.
- Convert partnership-sourced access into revenue — work with the Head of Strategic BD & Partnerships to turn sponsor-bank and ecosystem relationships into closed client business (coordinate, don't own).
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk and Group leadership to align commercial strategy with regulatory reality and platform readiness — selling only what Fuze can deliver compliantly.
- Represent Fuze externally at industry and client forums to build commercial credibility across the region.
- Give executive and Board-level visibility into revenue trajectory, pipeline health and commercial performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years in enterprise/B2B sales roles in fintech, payments, PSPs, stablecoins, crypto or digital-asset infrastructure, including senior leadership of a revenue/sales organization, owning a number and the team that delivers it.
- A track record of building a sales function from zero to scale.
- Proven ability to personally close complex platform/infrastructure deals involving legal, technical and compliance stakeholders.
- This is a leader who still sells, ideally “our best sales person”.
- Demonstrated success selling to banks, fintechs, PSPs, exchanges, remittance providers or large enterprise merchants.
- An existing senior client network across US financial institutions, and at least one of Canada or LATAM.
- Strong command of pricing, deal structuring, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Executive presence and credibility with C-suite buyers at sophisticated financial institutions, and comfort in a regulated financial-services environment.
Strong preferences
- Experience at a comparably staged stablecoin, digital-asset or payments-infrastructure company.
- Familiarity with the US stablecoin and money-transmission environment (GENIUS Act, state money-transmitter frameworks) — enough to sell credibly, not to own regulatory strategy.
- Commercial network across LATAM and Canada in addition to the US.
- Experience leading a multi-function sales org (new business + customer success).
