About Fuze
Moving value instantly is possible.
Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves.
Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralised lending, and an institutional OTC desk.
We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors.
Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call.
Role Overview
The U.S. will define the next chapter of payments and finance, and this role drives and executes our commercial presence and strategic reach on the ground there. As Head of Strategic Sales and Partnerships, you will own how Fuze wins that business. You'll set the go-to-market, lead the most strategic deals yourself, and own each client relationship for its whole life: finding the client, closing them, getting them live, and growing them across the platform. You'll also build the strategic partnerships that expand what we can offer U.S. clients, from first conversation through commercial structuring and due diligence to signed agreement.
This is a builder role. You'll establish Fuze as an ecosystem player in the US, creating the pipeline and playbooks rather than inheriting them. You'll work closely with Fuze Finance USA and Group leadership, Solutions, Compliance, Product, and Operations. The right person is fluent on both sides of the table: the mechanics of U.S. banking and payment rails, and stablecoin issuance, on/off-ramps, and on-chain liquidity.
This is a hybrid role based in Miami or New York City, reporting to the Group Chief Strategy & Venture Officer, with scope across the United States, Canada, and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with stablecoin issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, exchanges, wallets, and payment processors that strengthen Fuze's U.S. offering.
- Build banking relationships for Fuze in the US, with redundancy by design.
- Secure design partners, pilot clients, and lighthouse use cases that prove the model in the U.S. and set the pattern for broader adoption.
- Build and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy for strategic clients, from segmentation and positioning to pipeline, pricing, and commercial models, working closely with the US Chief Revenue Officer and the Group Strategy and Commercial functions.
- Source, negotiate, and close strategic deals with banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, fintechs, payment companies, and enterprises, taking each from first conversation to live launch with clear milestones and a real usage path.
- Work with Group Strategy and Commercial to define priorities in the ecosystem’s buildout and to design compelling use cases to test and launch with partners.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Group risk and compliance to onboard clients and partners smoothly and ensure ecosystem and commercial growth stays aligned with the control environment and the approved business plan.
- Turn client feedback and market signals, including the GENIUS Act, OCC developments, and state frameworks, into clear recommendations on strategy, product, pricing, and partnership priorities.
- Represent Fuze and Fuze, N.A. with clients, partners, and industry forums as a credible leader.
- Build and develop the U.S. strategy and partnerships team as the business scales.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in market entry, strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, or institutional sales across financial services, fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
- You've originated and closed complex deals with U.S. financial institutions, even if you're early in your career: you've already punched above your level.
- Proven ownership of go-to-market strategy, sales, and commercial growth in a regulated financial services environment.
- Recognized market presence as ecosystem and community builder.
- Experience building a new business, market, or go-to-market motion, including taking an emerging product from early adopters to established institutions.
- Strong knowledge of how U.S. banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, fintechs, and payment companies evaluate and adopt new technology, and why an institution would use stablecoins or on-chain settlement.
- Working knowledge of U.S. banks, payment rails (ACH, wires, RTP, card networks) and stablecoin infrastructure.
- Strong commercial judgment across pricing, unit economics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Willingness to operate hands-on and without established infrastructure through the pre-opening and early operating periods.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Strong preferences
- A background in payments, fintech, crypto or digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
- Existing strong relationships across U.S. banks, fintechs, payment companies, and crypto firms.
- Experience building ecosystems on trust and common goals.
What Success Looks Like
- A U.S. ecosystem engine in motion: the lighthouse clients and strategic partners signed, a repeatable go-to-market motion in place, and Fuze established as a trusted partner to U.S. financial institutions.
