About Fuze

Moving value instantly is possible.

Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves.

Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralised lending, and an institutional OTC desk.

We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors.

Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call.

Role Overview

This role is a hands-on builder position for someone who is genuinely fluent on both sides of the table: comfortable with the mechanics of traditional payment infrastructure (correspondent banking, card rails, local payment schemes, cross-border settlement) and equally comfortable with stablecoin issuance, on/off-ramps, and on-chain liquidity.

You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships to identify, structure, and manage partnerships end-to-end — from first conversation, through commercial structuring and due diligence, to signed agreement and ongoing relationship management. Over time, this role is designed to grow into owning a partner portfolio with increasing autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Origination & Structuring

  • Sourcing — identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across banking partners, PSPs, liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, and on/off-ramp providers.
  • Deal structuring — structure commercial terms and negotiate agreements that balance Fuze's growth objectives with partner requirements.
  • Due diligence — run due diligence alongside Compliance, Legal, and Product to assess partner fit, licensing status, and integration requirements.

Relationship Management

  • Portfolio ownership — own day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of existing partners, ensuring they stay supported, engaged, and growing with Fuze.
  • Escalation management — act as the internal point of contact for partner escalations, coordinating across Product, Compliance, and Operations to resolve issues quickly.
  • Performance tracking — track partner performance against volume, revenue, and integration milestones.

Market & Product Fluency

  • Payments literacy — maintain a working understanding of stablecoin issuance, on/off-ramp mechanics, cross-border rails, and traditional fiat payment infrastructure (SWIFT, card rails, local payment schemes).
  • Feedback loop — translate partner needs and market signals into clear input for Fuze's Product and Engineering teams.
  • Market awareness — stay current on regulatory and competitive developments across digital assets and payments that affect partnership strategy.
  • Cross-functional Execution
  • Go-to-market — partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to bring joint go-to-market initiatives to life with key partners.
  • Reporting — support the Head of Partnerships in reporting on pipeline health, deal status, and strategic priorities to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances at a fintech, payments company, bank, or digital asset business.
  • Solid grasp of payment infrastructure — card rails, cross-border payments, local payment schemes, or correspondent banking — paired with genuine fluency in stablecoins and on-chain finance.
  • Track record of independently managing commercial relationships and closing partnership agreements.
  • Comfortable reading and negotiating commercial terms; exposure to compliance or licensing considerations in fintech or crypto is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, able to represent Fuze credibly with banks, PSPs, and crypto-native partners alike.
  • Self-starter who can operate with ambiguity and manage multiple partner relationships at once.
  • Familiarity with the stablecoin and money transmission regulatory environment with an existing MENA fintech or crypto network.

What Success Looks Like

  • Partnerships deliver: the number and quality of partnerships originated and closed, their contribution to volume and revenue, and the speed, quality, and retention of the partners you bring on.

Why Join Fuze

  • Build what actually matters: You won't just execute tasks. You'll shape products, teams, and strategy in a fast-scaling fintech environment, with real ownership and real impact.
  • High growth, high visibility: Work closely with leadership, influence key decisions, and grow your career faster than you would in a larger, more traditional organisation.
  • Ambitious, no-nonsense culture: Work alongside sharp, driven people who move fast, think big, and get things done. No bureaucracy, just outcomes.
  • Global exposure: Operate across markets, collaborate with diverse teams, and gain truly international experience.
  • Merit over hierarchy: Ideas win here, not titles. If you're good, you'll be heard, trusted, and rewarded.
  • Build your legacy: Join at the stage where you don't just grow with a company, you help create something you can point to and say, "I built that."
