About Fuze
Moving value instantly is possible.
Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves.
Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralised lending, and an institutional OTC desk.
We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors.
Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call.
The Role at a Glance:
Location: New York City or Miami (Hybrid)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Scope: United States, Canada and LATAM
Role Overview
Fuze is building its US client base from the ground up, and this role owns what happens after a client signs. You take a client from signature to live, keep them healthy, and grow their footprint across the platform once they're transacting.
This is primarily a post-sale role — you inherit relationships that Sales originates — but a meaningful part of the job is commercial: spotting where a client's usage can expand and turning that into revenue, not just retention.
You are building the onboarding motion, the account review cadence, and the playbooks as you go, in close coordination with Compliance, Product, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Fuze's US clients from signature onward, covering onboarding, go-live, and ongoing account health.
- Stand up the customer success process from scratch, including onboarding checklists, account review cadence, health scoring, and escalation paths, since none of this exists yet for the US book.
- Own the handover from Sales into onboarding and go-live, coordinating with Compliance and Operations, and stay accountable until the client is actually transacting.
- Run regular business reviews, monitor usage and churn risk, and resolve issues before they become renewal problems.
- Identify where each client sits in its own roadmap and expand the relationship into new products or use cases across Fuze's platform.
- Go deep enough on stablecoin mechanics, payments infrastructure, and on/off-ramps to operate credibly with a client's product, treasury, or compliance stakeholders.
- Feed client pain points, feature requests, and friction points back to Product with enough specificity to shape the roadmap.
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, and the US commercial team to keep client issues moving without dropping anything.
- Keep account health data, expansion pipeline, and portfolio reporting accurate for the CRO.
- Show up at industry events and client forums as a credible, technically fluent face of Fuze in the US market.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or relationship management, ideally in fintech, payments, stablecoins/digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
- Experience owning B2B client relationships post-sale (onboarding, adoption, renewals), not primarily retail or transactional support.
- Working understanding of payments infrastructure and stablecoin mechanics, sufficient to hold a credible conversation with a client's technical or compliance team.
- Comfortable building process without established infrastructure.
- A track record of finding expansion opportunities within existing accounts, not just maintaining them.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, particularly with Compliance and Risk in a regulated environment.
- Clear, confident communicator across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
Strong preferences
- Experience in crypto, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructure specifically.
- Familiarity with BSA/AML, KYC, or the US money transmission/regulatory environment relevant to servicing regulated fintech clients.
- An existing network among US fintechs, PSPs, or crypto-native companies.
What Success Looks Like
- A U.S. ecosystem engine in motion: the lighthouse clients and strategic partners signed, a repeatable go-to-market motion in place, and Fuze established as a trusted partner to U.S. financial institutions.
