About Fuze
Moving value instantly is possible.
Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves.
Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralized lending, and an institutional OTC desk.
We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors.
Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call.
Role Overview
Fuze's remittance product is live, and we are growing it through partnerships with banks, exchange houses, financial institutions MTO's and PSPs across the region. We are looking for a commercial operator with a combination of remittance and cross-border payments experience to drive that growth leading the portfolio across the region.
This role reports to the Head of Commercial and works closely with Product, Operations and Technology. You own each partnership for its whole life: you identify the partner's needs, you close the deal, and you grow the relationship into a long-lasting business. You are also the voice of our partners when Product shapes the solution.
We're looking for a Sales Manager who can sell to a bank's/FI’s commercial team and lead conversations across technology and compliance teams in the same meeting. You'll likely have an engineering or solutions background and have moved into commercial roles at a payments company. You understand how money moves, how an API integration goes live, and what a regulated institution needs to see before it signs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the Roadmap: Plan and execute the regional roadmap for remittance and cross-border revenue, so the market is worked systematically, not lead by lead.
- Winning New Business: Build and close a pipeline of banks, exchange houses, MTOs, remittance companies, PSPs and fintechs, with clear ownership of a revenue target.
- Leading the Solution: Run discovery on each partner's payment flows, co-lead demos and scoping, and turn requirements into clear specs for Compliance and Product.
- Handling Bank-Grade Diligence: Guide partners through RFPs, compliance questionnaires, due diligence and onboarding with our Compliance and Legal teams.
- Structuring Deals: Build pricing, FX and fee models that protect Fuze's margins, and negotiate contracts through to signature.
- Driving Go-Live: Stay accountable after signature and work with Operations and Engineering to get partners integrated and transacting on schedule.
- Growing Key Accounts: Own key partnerships at operating company and group level, and expand volumes, corridors and products well beyond the first deal.
- Managing Bank Relationships: Build strong banking relationships and negotiate better FX rates to keep Fuze competitive.
- Owning Partner Performance: Act as the escalation point for partner issues and keep the CRM, forecasts and performance reporting accurate.
- Shaping the Product: Bring partner and market insight back to Product, Operations and Technology so what we build matches what the market needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Business Acumen: 5+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting at a payments, fintech or banking technology company.
- Technical Foundation: A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field, or equivalent functional understanding with APIs, integrations and payment systems.
- Payments Knowledge: A strong grasp of cross-border payments, remittance, settlement, FX and correspondent banking.
- Institutional Selling: A record of closing deals with banks, exchange houses or other regulated financial institutions, including long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Regulatory Awareness: A working understanding of KYC, AML and compliance requirements in regulated financial services.
Executive Presence: Polished communication and the credibility to engage CXOs, CTOs and Heads of Compliance with equal confidence. - Commercial Sharpness: Able to build pricing and business cases and negotiate from a position of data, not guesswork.
- Ownership: Self-driven, organized and comfortable owning results in a fast-moving, scaling business.
Why Join Fuze

- Global exposure: Operate across markets, collaborate with diverse teams, and gain truly international experience.
